Losing 10 pounds in only 7 days isn’t an easy process, and you will need  changes in your diet and lifestyle.

Monday

Dinner:

Mixture of steamed or grilled fruits and veggies

Thursday

Breakfast:

Friday

Saturday

Consume veggies , rice only and soup .

Sunday

This day is the same as day six.

Exercising

Walk from home to work, and from work to home or  take a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood when you feel most comfortable.

Housecleaning is a physical activity that  burn up to 300 calories in only half an hour. Amazing, right?

Replace the elevator,with the stairs, and go shopping, dancing…
