Type 2 Diabetes

Body’s blood glucose, or blood sugar, level is too high because in this condition the body’s cells don’t use insulin properly.

Diabetes is a leading cause of early death, CHD, stroke, kidney disease, and blindness.

Organic Fat-Burning Soup

Ingredients:

1 oz. envelope organic soup mix
16 oz. can diced organic tomatoes
3 lbs organic carrots, sliced
1 bunch of organic celery
1 large head cabbage chopped in small chunks
6 large organic green onions, chopped in bite size
2 cans ( 8 oz.) organic green beans
Sea salt and ground pepper, to taste

Optional: cayenne pepper and/or tabasco sauce.

How to make it:

-Put everything  in a pot, and add all the spices.
-Pour some water and let it boil fast for 10 minutes .

-Reduce to simmer.
-Cook the vegetables until they are tender.

Bonus Recipe:

Organic Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:

1 large organic cabbage (shredded)
1 diced organic bell pepper
1 large organic onion
1 organic kombu seaweed (rinsed and sliced)
1 bulb organic garlic (sliced)
Organic broth of choosing
1 Ib of shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
1 organic leek (rinsed and sliced)
2 Ibs organic tomatoes (crushed)
Sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
How to make it:

Put  coconut oil to the vegetables, except for tomato and the cabbage.
Put the tomatoes and the cabbage in the pot, cover them with water let it boil and then reduce the heat and simmer until the vegetables become tender.Add some fresh or dried herbs.
Simmer for around 5 minutes.
