Cabbage is rich with:

phytonutrients, anthocyanins (in red cabbage), glutamine, vitamins and many more .

You need:

  • 1 organic cabbage (preferably red)
  • Gauze/bandage
  • Aluminum foil
  • Oven rolling pin or meat hammer

How to use it:

First:

  • remove the outer layer of the cabbage leaves and wash it

Second:

  • dry the leaves and cut out the hard stems

Third:

  • bruise the leaves with a rolling pin to release the juice

  • wrap the cabbage leaves in an aluminum foil and warm them up in an oven for several minutes
