Knees are maybe the most important of all the different joints in your body because they allow you to stand properly, walk, run and support the correct posture of your body.
Over the years, we suffer many injuries and wounds that make the joint loose. The lubrication in tendons and ligament starts to decrease more and more and they lose the flexibility and mobility, we cannot make quick and sharp movements anymore.
This is a normal aging process that everybody goes through. What we can do is slow it down by taking some precaution measure to make the knees and tendons more flexible and stronger.
We are talking about a drink rich in magnesium, potassium, vitamin c, silicon, and bromelain. It is very easy for preparing and any one of us can do it.
Ingredients you will need:
– Cup oatmeal
– 40 g honey
– 40 g almonds
– 2 cups pineapple juice
– 7 g cinnamon
– Put the oats in pot with hot water and stir.
– Let it be cooked and cooled.
– Add the orange juice and pineapple juice too.
– Add almonds and cinnamon now and honey last.
– Mix well.
Add the oatmeal and the pineapple in the blender and blend all together until the mixture is smooth. If you like you can also add some ice cubes at the end and blend it once more.
